✦ Terms of Service ✦
- General
✧) It is best to contact me via Discord (@chowocy), as Twitter/X has the tendency to falsely display DM requests.
✧) I have the right to cancel a commission if the terms are broken or for any other reason.
✧) All artwork is done and transferred digitally.
✧) The terms and service are
subject to change at any time, but you are only subject to the terms agreed upon the initial transaction.
✧) The TOS is by no means perfect, do not try to manipulate it's contents.
✧) Act accordingly, in other words, just don't be a jerk.
- Will and Wont's
Things I Can Draw:
✧) Fanart of other characters from media, etc
✧) OC's and game avatars
✧) Light to moderate blood & gore
✧) Suggestive things (outfits, etc)*Things I Could/Might Draw.:
✧) Furries
✧) Cyborgs, mechas, machinery, as long as it's not too complicated
✧) Backgrounds*Things I Can't/Will Not Draw:
✧) Complex mecha or machinery
✧) Hateful and/or harmful things
✧) Intense/overly muscular builds
✧) Pretty much anything thats gross or unhingedFor further questions on what is and what isn't allowed, go ahead and message me about them!
- Payment & Procedure
✧) Payment is only available via Paypal in the form of USD. Full payment must be done before starting the commission. No refunds!
✧) I will send you a message on where you have contacted me when I do start your commission (assuming there is a queue beforehand.)
✧) Commissions should not exceed more than 2 weeks in wait time, may vary depending on my personal life. Additionally, you may request a WIP after a few days.
- Usage Policy
✧) My art is noncommercial, it is only for personal use only.
✧) I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post your commission online. If you want the commission to be private, make sure to say so!
